Waste Tire Pyrolysis Project

Mingsheng Environmental Protection, in collaboration with Shandong Uni- versity of Technology, has jointly developed a new type of waste tire cracking gasification and carbon black comprehensive treatment technology. It has ap- plied for 34 patent technologies, forming its own unique comprehensive treat- ment technology.

The construction of this project has achieved the comprehensive utilization technology of a complete system integration device, which not only solves the environmental pollution and device safety issues during the treatment of waste tires and solid waste, but also upgrades the quality of carbon black production products. At the same time, other effective ingredients of different qualities are transformed into additional products, which have high environmental, social, and economic benefits.
