scr emissions control
The SCR Emissions Control is a high-tech system that is fully capable of controlling pollution from oil engines. Its essential task is converting nitrogen oxides (NOx), the most serious air pollutant in today's atmosphere, into innocuous nitrogen and water vapour. SCRõs technological highlights include an appropriate catalyst to speed up the chemical reaction, an injector that delivers just the right amount of urea-based fluid known as DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), and high-level sensors monitoring and regulating this process. It's used in such applications as heavy-duty trucks, buses, and industrial machinery, under the most stringent emissions regulations.
