The ammonia flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system uses ammonia (ammonia water, liquid ammonia) as an absorbent to react with sulfur dioxide contained in industrial waste gas to remove sulfur dioxide and generate ammonium sulfate as a by-product.
Application industries: chemical industry, electric power, steel, coking, smelting, cement, paper making and other industries.
MirShine Environmental Protection's ammonia-based desulfurization system converts sulfur dioxide in flue gas into important chemical raw materials such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium bisulfate or ammonium sulfite, and the entire process does not cause any pollution, truly turning pollutants into treasures, which completely eliminating the problems of subsequent CO2 emissions and by-product treatment, achieving high-value-added organic fertilizer co-production, such as ammonium sulfate and humic acid. Ammonia-based desulfurization technology innovatively solves the problems of aerosol and ammonia escape, with low equipment operating costs, low device resistance, and saved operating power consumption.
Core Technology
Integrated technology of cascade separation and purification, ammonia desulfurization, dust removal and denitrification.
In 2016, Combined with the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences and Tsinghua University, Mirshine developed the "binary structure" multifunctional integrated double-circulation desulfurization process and supporting equipment to achieve ultra-low emissions of sulfur dioxide and smoke; and through the reasonable setting of the oxidation section liquid level, the selection of the appropriate pH value, and the use of distributed oxidation, the efficient oxidation of ammonium sulfite was achieved; at the same time, a secondary ammonia and ammonium salt washing and demisting device was developed to effectively control the escape of ammonia and ammonium salts. The appraisal committee believes that the process equipment is compact, occupies a small area, has a low one-time investment, has no secondary pollution, and the by-product ammonium sulfate can be recycled.
