The ammonia recovery process is also the production process of ammonium sulfate. The power consumption of the circulation pump has dropped by nearly 70%, and the power consumption saves more than 50% compared with general calcium method.

Ammonia desulfurization equipment does not require pre-treatment of materials, and the by-product output process is relatively simple. Generally, the total equipment is about 30 sets, and the treatment volume is small, so the equipment selection is small. The land occupation of some desulfurization equipment is related to the design of the boiler. The 75-1000t/h boiler occupies about 150-500㎡; the land occupation of the post-sulfur ammonia system is related to the sulfur content of the boiler, but the correlation coefficient is not large. The entire post-sulfur ammonium system normally occupies less than 500㎡.
